PhysiciansTrend is an independent directory and publication that helps people find primary care physicians by state and city, in English and Spanish.
What we publish
PhysiciansTrend lists family medicine and internal medicine physicians across 342 city pages in 50 states and DC, 74,983 practices in all. Alongside the directory we publish plain-language guides on finding care, coverage and patient rights.
Where the listings come from
Every practice name, address and phone number comes from the federal NPI Registry, the public database kept by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Lists are alphabetical. Nobody pays to appear in them or to be ranked higher. Please confirm details directly with each office before a visit.
How sponsorship works
Each state and city page has a small number of sponsor positions. A sponsored practice is shown above the list and is always labeled "Sponsored". Sponsors pay a flat monthly fee. We never charge per patient, call or lead, and sponsorship never changes the alphabetical list.
